We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard & AMEX and payment can also be made by PayPal.

Delivery Information

In most cases, your order will be dispatched within 2-business days from the receipt of payment.

Shipping Rates & Times

All physical orders are charged a flat-fee for delivery - the same price is paid no matter how many items are purchased. Prices and delivery times vary depending on your territory.

UK Orders - £1.95 flat rate. Allow 2-7 working days to receive your order.
EU Orders - £3.95 flat rate. Allow 5-21 working days to receive your order.
ROW Orders - £4.95 flat rate. Allow 5-21 working days to receive your order.
USA Orders - $4.95 flat rate. Allow 5-21 working days to receive your order.

Digital items are available for download as soon as payment has been received.

MP3 Downloads

All MP3s are encoded at 320kbps to ensure a high sound quality.

All tracks in the Introducing and Riverboat labels, as well as a selection of Rough Guide titles, are available for download as individual MP3s or as part of an album bundle.

For recent Rough Guide & Riverboat albums, a pdf booklet is also included when the full album bundle is purchased.
